The Inuk is a very traditional sea kayak design, originally designed by Rob Feloy, who found the design to be an excellent day cruiser and a fast sea kayak. In recent years, the Nelo team has redesigned the original boat and created the current shape of the Nelo Inuk, without compromising its previous success. The INUK design is characterized by a narrow, raised breakwater-like cockpit, a high, long front deck providing enormous buoyancy, and a flat aft deck. The Inuk is equipped with 2 watertight compartments, above the stern rudder, a full-length lifeline, towline and grab handles in accordance with ICF safety regulations. The boat is recommended for those who want a particularly fast touring boat where they do not have to compromise on luggage transport.
